3 Steps to better hearing
Step One – Hearing Assessment and Consultation
Step Two – Hearing Aid Fitting and Trial
Step Three – Appointments, Adjustments and Assessments
Hearing Assessment & Consultation
Complete a comprehensive hearing assessment
Upon completion, we will determine the extent and nature of your hearing loss to then explain the results to you and answer any questions you may have
We will recommend hearing solutions based on your individual need and lifestyle
Hearing Aid Fitting & Trial
We will teach you how to use and care for your hearing aids at the Fitting Appointment.
At no cost to you, you can take home a pair of hearing aids for a minimum of 28 days. We want you to feel completely comfortable with integrating them into your daily life before you purchase.
A follow up appointment will be scheduled during your trial period to answer any questions you may have or make any necessary changes.
At the end of the trial, you decide if you want to keep the hearing aids.
Appointments, Adjustments & Assessments
After purchasing your hearing aids, we recommend that you stop by for regular comprehensive cleaning appointments
We can schedule you for in-clinic appointments to adjust your hearing aids, if any changes need to be made with hearing aid amplification.
Hearing reassessments are scheduled as needed to ensure that we always have a clear understanding of your hearing health in order to provide solutions that are right for you and your family.
If you ever need hearing aid batteries, cleaning kits and accessories, we are able to conveniently provide them for you.
